Elite Property 'services' is absolutely the WORST when it comes to fulfilling their property management duties. The WORST! To date, it has been 6 days since our town got slammed with 26 inches of snow and the sidewalks still have not been plowed! People are in the street walking their dogs. And the way drivers come flying down the road, it's very dangerous. If you paid someone to plow your driveway and they showed up 3 days to a week later, it would be kind of infuriating. They are supposed to plow our driveway aprons -- the unit owners always end up doing it ourselves because the plows arrive way too late. Like in the afternoon late. You can call and email all you want it just does not matter. They make living in Pine Ridge condos a nightmare. We deserve a better quality of life than Elite provides.

Simply put, they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! They ignore emails and phone calls and really couldn't care less about the customer. I courteously gave a 6 week heads up that I would be leaving my apartment. In return, it took me 3 months to get any response from management, despite me calling and emailing multiple times... I eventually got my security deposit back, but only after I mildly suggested litigation in my email... Before I did that, I never heard from them once even though tried to reach them numerous times. Avoid them at all costs!

I do not find them helpful at all. In fact, they are rude and do not address questions. There is absolutely no interest in the owners which was apparent at the last meeting we had. Ignoring phone calls, emails, etc. Beyond Rude.
