Courtyard by Marriott Kingston

We had a wonderful stay while there to ski! Everybody was so pleasant and the rooms were extremely clean! The general manager Christina was very helpful when we arrived home and realized a pair of eyeglass were left behind! They found them and willingly packaged them safely and she personally went to mail them at the post office . They arrived safely and we were very grateful It’s so nice to know there are kind , thoughtful and professional employees/ people in this world still !

Impeccable service! I stayed there for four nights during a work trip in Kingston... Wow! Christina is so great and helpful... I may not remember her name now, but the evening concierge lady with the gray hair is super! She made my stay there most pleasant! I had to rush out to work one morning, and totally had no time for a laundry swap. I as reluctant to ask for help, but I'm so happy I did! She even folded my clothes, and brought them up to my room at 218 upon my return that evening! I highly recommend this place. Always clean, everyday, and their service is unique and unmatched. Thank you!

The staff by far in any hotel I've EVER STAYED IN WAS INCREDIBLE.THE GENERAL MANAGER IS BY FAR THE MOST GENUINE ,CARING ,UNDERSTSNDING MANAGER OF ANY HOTEL IVE VISITED.THANK YOU LADIES YOUR MY NUMBER ONE CHOICE ALWAYS.GO STAY AT COURTYARD.ROOMS ARE PERFECT IN EVERYWAY.GREAT MINI MARKET.POOL AND JACUZZI CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.I LOVE THIS PLACE.TO ANYONE THAT STAYS THERE BE NICE TO THESE HARDWORKING LADIES!

The stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and halls smelled very good. The best part of the visit was the Host Shawn. He went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable. He was patient and kind with my husband's card. He was very nice to my children. DEFINITELY AN ASSET to the company. Shawn you rock

Love love this hotel!! I stayed just last night and the rooms are so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts at the front desk were amazing and nice especially Shawn and the manager unfortunately I forgot her name. Shawn made fresh coffee and called up to my room to let me know it was ready. Never before did that happen to me. An absolute sweet heart. The hotel amenities were great and organized. I would definitely stay here again. I wish I stayed for two nights!!
