Quality Inn & Suites

This is one of the best value hotels in Kingston. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool and a restaurant on site. The price point for a hotel of this quality is very good. Nearby hotels that are of similar quality are more expensive. Highly recommend the Quality Inn, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed for a weekend getaway in October. Room was clean aside from normal usage. We had a King Suite which was a nice setup. Bed is in a little nook. We were in the absolute farthest room of the building (the hallway is a mile long) and wifi service wasn't great. The closer to the lobby the better the service so keep that in mind if you need wifi during your stay. Shower and bathroom is quite small, our shower seemed to have an uneven floor and the base popped up while moving in the shower. Our smoke alarm was missing which is concerning as in my travels 2 hotels I've stayed in had to evacuate due to smoke alarms. Room service restocked our towels and toiletries but the bed was not made. Not sure if that was covid thing or what. But overall a good stay. We were there for 2 nights.

Outdated, smelly rooms with awful customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get assistance from a manager to switch rooms while there was a hotel party taking place across the hall from our room (unbeknownst to them). Nothing about this hotel is Covid-19 friendly. From the hotel party to guests not wearing any masks. Awful hotel stay away!

The hotel was fine however the staff not so helpful or acted like they care much in making sure we had a good stay. Breakfast was not provided as indicated when I booked and I was told in the morning when I went to eat.. I was told I would have a discount but nothing yet, although my stay ended few days ago.

Good sleep, large room, not much else to praise without breakfast. Sad face.
