Stay here regularly. Good prices and convenient to shops and work front desk and housekeeping are awesome. Thanks to Kayleigh, Matt and Lani for always going above.

There is a Jess that works at this hotel super 8 in Kingston she's very kind very understanding and immediately helps out with with guest as fast as she canshe's about the only one and I stayed here for four nightsshe had ran to my room with the keys to make sure that it opens my door and that everything was good inside the room I do appreciate it and I would definitely stay here as long as she was working

I'll be honest. The only reason this gets 1 star is because of the bed. The rest of my experience was near perfect - it was clean, everything worked, no bugs. But the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't even get a full night's sleep. It caused incredible back pain by the middle of the night, and as a 25 year old, it's really hard to give me back pain. I would not recommend this place, since the bed is literally the most important part of a hotel. If you're not concerned with how comfortable the bed is, then go for it, I guess.nnAlso, the deposit is real. If you live within 50 miles it's $100 cash no matter how you pay, and if you live outside of 50 miles it's $50. You do get it back when you check out however, before they even print the receipt.

The front desk person Kaylie or Kylie whoever she is was disgusting and rude. I guess customer service doesn't exist in this place, at least not with her. She was extremely nasty and rude over the phone about a situation in which she was zero help and had no compassion. I paid for a room for someone in the area who needed a place to sleep during a very cold ny night and the previous night apparently they waived this ridiculous deposit because it was someone else working. Not her though. Person possibly has to sleep outside in the cold? Who cares with Kaylie! I've used them many times in the past even for longer than stays and can say if rather pay more to be treated with respect than pay less and be treated like trash.
