I had a great experience working with Stephanie on my first home purchase! She was supportive from beginning to end and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. The community is quiet as a whole and a very peaceful place to live.

When I bought my home in this community the office staff were horrible but a few months in my ownership the company that manages the community revamped the staff and got 2 young ladies named Corrine and Alyssa. They have by far exceeded expectations so far. I’ve had multiple issues on my site and when I call them they are prompt to respond and rectify. They are why me and my wife will continue to live in their community.!!! RHP, you employ 2 awesome workers. Give them a raise!!

Lot rent is high and goes up every year but it is a nice place to live.
