Absolutely wonderful life changing experience. My girlfriend at the time now my wife had an EXTREMELY spiritual and life changing experience here. Such a blessing

Unique. Super private. It's like staying at your own estate in the mountains. View deer, squirrel and birds. Enjoy a king sized bed that begs you to take a nap. Kitchen with a delightful continental breakfast appearing magically by your host. You must come to experience Grouse House Penthouse for yourself.

This is long overdue but our stay at The Grouse House was delightful- we saw birds and deers coming by and the cabin was very well-maintained and well-stocked. For breakfast we got a whole bunch of fresh, delicious pastries from a local bakery every morning. Gilbert was quite a character- he was very welcoming, kind, accommodating, and just pleasant to talk to. He even showed us his studio and played us his song that he wrote. His cabin was also very private and quiet- perfect for meditation and yoga as well. It was such a lovely weekend!

Stayed here for an event in the area. It was wonderful. Off the beaten path. Quiet. Gilbert had the hot tub ready for us when we got back & we watched the deer from the hot tub. Breakfast from the bakery, watching the birds and the squirrels. Would like to go back when we can spend more time at the Grouse House & check out what's going on in the area like the local garlic festival. The penthouse was clean & cozy. Gilbert is a very considerate host. We will definitely be back.
