It’s frustrating when the pandemic is used as an excuse for horrible complimentary breakfast. Is it too much to ask for fruit or hard boiled eggs - something more healthy than waffles or pastries.nnThe room, the check-in process, and the pool were all as expected and we ultimately enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, fun, relaxing. Breakfast is awesome. Pool is awesome. The service is awesome! Thank You!!!!!

Very nice rooms....the lady even made our waffles the next morning when I went in to get breakfast & very friendly gave insight to area that wasn't on brochures

Our room was very nice, very pleased with the room. My only problem is that the highway is right in back of the hotel. So there is a lot of noise from the highway. So if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this place unless you're okay with earplugs.

Covid and construction have decimated this hotel. Very few friendly faces remain. Hopefully there will be a turn around after construction is completed and they can return to decent breakfasts. Mini muffins do not suffice when holiday inn express can pack substantial to go bags
