Front desk staff was kind and caring. I was there to recover from surgery (pets at home like to climb on me). When I checked in the front desk asked if I had a preference for room placement. I said close by so it would be easier. She was able to place me in the closest room. I'm very grateful.

This is a good place overall as the location, service, parking, accessibility, fridge and microwave in every room, etc that make it a lot more than budget hotel. Some improvements are definitely needed and that can make it a premium hotel. Discard worn-out towels and go for better quality, pay attention to leaky faucets and worn-out handles, and do a thorough check of heating and cooling in every room.

We originally booked at Super 8 Kingston. If any of you knew and didn't tell us that messed up. HoJo's literally saved us. Best place we stayed in years too.

Hairs in my bed and a ridiculously noisy ac/heating unit. Get what you pay for I guess. I have to say the staff was nice.

This is a 3 star hotel. Above average furniture, almost new. Breakfast was taken out because of Covid19.
