Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ithaca

3 of the 5 times stayed the rooms were mediocre at best when was supposed to be a suite. Didn't have all the amenities that were listed on website. Cleanliness has always been pretty good. And they don't bug you. Seem to hear a lot of noise from neighbor and housekeeping room. Top floor near end of a hall has been the best room. Other times we were put right where we request not to be. Breakfast is decent. Price, convenience, and breakfast is why I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We stayed here during COVID and we felt safe with the precautions the hotel took. They still served breakfast but orders had to be placed for safety. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, we were able to walk to Buttermilk Falls and other attractions (wineries, brewery, restaurants, stores) all were easy to get to. Thank you to the staff for a great stay! Would def. recommend and plan to go back!

I have stayed here twice now, and have been pleased both times. Clean and comfortable.

Had to cancel my stay at holiday inn due to the pandemic and booking.com was willing to give me a refund for my booking but holiday inn refused to do so.

Modern and clean with excellent beds and comfortable pillows! Loved our stay there!! Breakfast was decent: given the pandemic, process for serving was in place to separate guests and still maintain quality service to guests.
