Nate's Floral Estates

This place is horrible. They way over charge for their lot rents. I'm remembering from many years ago was there some sort of issue with toxic waste or a dump or something but that I'm not completely sure of and never send it to you anyway. The neighbors are totally into each other's business in a negative way... I could go on and on but suffice it to say that it's not a very nice place to visit and you definitely wouldn't want to live there. I'm giving it one star only because there is not an action to give zero.

Nice neighborhood close to everything reasonable rent and good friendly neighbors

if you're going to live in in Ithaca trailer park and might as well be Nate's Trailer Park. It's a place I've driven by that's all I know and it was decent for a trailer park. I have nothing to say bad about it and I don't know their prices so you would have to ask but if you want to live in Ithaca you might as well live in a mobile home park that is got great reviews.

Handicap accessible apartment and parking space. Apartment looks like brand new.
