Blackberry Inn Bed & Breakfast

David and Brian were fantastic hosts. The building itself is a charming old house which has been nicely restored. It is decorated wonderfully, and is warm and inviting. And, the breakfasts were phenomenal! Really some of the best breakfasts we've ever had. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

For the high price, great location, clean rooms, good breakfast but the hosts are a little uninviting! We arrived after check in time and host was not available to let us in to the B&B, so we decided to go for dinner, we brought leftovers and put them in fridge. In the morning the host reminded us/ was adamant that we check out at 10am sharp. We understood we had to leave at 10am and didn't need the continuous reminders! After leaving we forgot about our leftovers so went back to get them (1hr later) and host said they already threw everything away, he didn't check so my partner asked if he could recheck as it was an expensive meal. He had our details so could have easily called us to tell us we forgot it! I wouldn't stay again because of the home high price VS hospitality (I would expect better service for $250 a night) BUT if you don't care of that and just want a good location then go for it!!

Owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took Covid-19 procedures very seriously. Beyond that the place was cozy and the food was delicious.

Beautiful place. Warm and inviting. They did a great job of accommodating our dietary needs with farm to table cuisine that ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the Blackberry Inn B&B a few weeks ago. The location was perfect - basically within walking distance of mostly everything in town. Brian and David were lovely hosts. They were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The house was very clean, and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - and it was really nice chatting with other other people staying there and with Brian and David. I would highly recommend staying there. I'm glad I chose this place :-)
