Robert was very a helpful manager and the location was convenient. That said, there were cobwebs everywhere in the room and the bed was so soft we rolled together in the center each night. Nice price point but we would not stay here again.

My spouse and I recently stayed for a long weekend. The room was clean and quiet. I thought it was reasonably priced.

way too expensive for what you get. it's like a B&B but theres no breakfast and the bed is awful .when we got there, there was no desk or check in, and we got our keys and instructions in an envelope and had to find our room on our own. we did get the privet cottage which was spacious enough and the shower was fine. but 'privet' is a bit strong since its right on the street and theres no curtains, just blinds. theres a front porch which is nice but its right on the street so not private.nwe met the manager right when we were leaving and he was nice and gave us tips about a great waterfall at the state park.

A 1940s motif bed and breakfast. The rooms are tight quarters. The breakfast is packaged pastries. It is on the main drag with easy access to Watkins Glen locations.

The place was clean, and bed was nice. But for the price there needs to be a bit more. It’s a b&b... there’s no breakfast.
