Hotel Nirvana

MONEY WELL WASTED. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The rooms are not cleaned very well, sheets improperly washed and they most likely do not use hot water as I could still have seen the stains in the sheets. And I had asked specifically for clean sheets to be given to me.nNot a lot of options for their breakfast and you have to get there early before all of the options are gone. I even requested for room service to come up to my room and nobody even responded. I had to wait until they made their rounds in order to get clean toilet paper. They do not clean the air conditioners either. The unit I was using in my room for heat had gone out and ended up having to cope with the winter cold coming in from the windows.nThe pictures are misleading as you will see firsthand that the hotel bathtubs are not clean. Additionally, when you book they will not give you your money back.nThis is no longer even a review it is a rant and a warning to stay away from this unclean hotel. You are most likely to have a better experience staying at the other hotels around the area like the Best Western.

This is EVERYTHING anyone could need, breakfast is available, it’s close to the subway, super clean, friendly, helpful staff. We look forward to our yearly trip and always stay here and ALWAYS have an above and beyond experience.

They keep going on and off about the deposit policy and I have to say not having one was a big selling point for me. Never done anything to a room but with the deposit may as well use hitels2tonight

Hotel is terrible . Guys at Front desk extremely rude. They told me the 2 people in the room policy after I pay cash all. They also didn't accept my booking I made on line and made me transfer money to pay cash They made an irrevalant excuse to keep the deposit. I paid alot for a really bad hotel. They look like they were tricking for cash.

Reasonabke price nice clean room w wifi.
