So I debated if I should give this hotel a 4 star for not having much parking or a five for the excellent service and clean room. I decided to give them a 5 star, not taken off the one star for their minimum parking. This hotel is clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Although there are only 14 parking spot for the entire hotel you can park on nearby streets. The breakfast was fresh, nice and well tasty. There was a variety of items to choose from such as sausage, eggs, cheese, bagels, croissants etc. Check out and check in was a breeze. They also have late checkout time which as nice. It is convenient located next to just about everything. This is going to be where I will be staying when visiting NY in the future. Highly recommended.

Nice and cool

Was looking for a place that had off street parking that a sprinter van could fit in - they have a very small parking lot (maybe like 10 cars total) but was able to roll up at 8pm and park. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Staff was very nice.

Location worked out really nice for me. The only hotel around the college so it worked out good for me. The service is really good there, they are super helpful and got me into my room early. The place is really not that great in terms of cleanliness and the rooms are very very small. I was a little concerned from other posts about bed bugs and such but did not have any problems.
