A reasonably priced stylish hotel with no frills and so-so staff.nnThe ambiance here is great. Beautiful design and comfy beds. Would love to see what it's like outside the confines of a pandemic. But there's no real frills here. No parking, no breakfast, no pool, no rooms with a view. And the security guard or hotel employee seated by the entrance door just watched us stand at the locked sliding doors when we came to check in. We were unsure how to get in when the doors didn't open. Apparently you have to get in with your room key after a certain time BUT WE WERE JUST ARRIVING FOR CHECK IN so we didn't have a key yet. We stood there until another guest walked out so we walked in.nnThis same employee wouldn't allow our food delivery person deliver the food to our room. And their attitude about it over the phone wasn't very pleasant.nnThe front desk people however were nice.

Really cool little hotel. I took off one star because you do not have a fridge in the room nor microwave. They do however have a microwave in the lobby floor but it is a communal microwave. There is a train station right across the street and parking nearby is local parking with alternate side parking rules.

This is a really cool hotel. The design throughout is fantastic. But the real gem is the staff! They went above and beyond and I really appreciate their customer service. Highly recommend.

Downgrading this to 1 star from 2 considering they asked me to email them about my issues which I took the time to do and I never received a reply. Clear that management is more interested in pretending to care about customer satisfaction on google than actually following up with me.nnDeceptive pricing where they show a subtotal and then total price inclusive of fees. I assumed this was the true total however it didn’t include any of the city/state taxes and fees. The true price was not shown anywhere on the screen when booking through their website. Also my room looked nothing like the pictures including lack of a desk. Proximity to LaGuardia and a nice shower are the only things I enjoyed about this place.

Very nice remodeled old factory, loved the style and quality of the remodel. Excellent service, very well located and everything functioned perfectly. Very clean and in total compliance of covid restrictions in place.
