Holiday Inn Express Queens - Maspeth

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Patrizia is an absolute DOLL!!! Friendly, engaging and most of all HELPFUL!!! (And also very pretty!) Decent location right off of 495 which is a plus and a minus. Highway noise is clearly audible, horns honking, engine revving and all. Within walking distance of McDonald's and a convenience store. Room was clean and neat. I felt comfortable staying at this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel to stay. People are friendly, rooms comfortable with up to date amenities. Great morning breakfast. Best hotel in that area of NYC.

This place was where I stayed for over 3 weeks as I was working in Queens..Hannah B., Margaret,Patrizia(goldfish),(front desk personal),were very nice and helpful navigating the area..and of course places to eat also.. housekeeping staff top of the line,they never missed anything..always stocked up in room .. Very clean and very respectful of everyone staying here..Thank you all so much .

We were disappointed in the hotel, my family and I always choose this hotel chain for its good service. Today was different we found in the bathroom. pubic hairs on the walls. It was quite unpleasant, we notified the reception, they just said oh, sorry about the situation, but you know they don't pay 2 dollars a night, we paid $ 144 ... in fact we arrived at 10pm to check, we asked if we could leave an hour later because I bring my babies and I need to fix suitcases and shower them and time was tight for my family. they told me no .. really disappointedud83dudc4e

It honestly wasn’t that bad. YES the hotel is under renovations (ask them for a room away from the lobby). I didn’t hear construction. Also... the rooms are VERY CLEAN.nnYes it’s in an industrial neighborhood... so if you’re looking to be staying around pretty things, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a very affordable place with decent clean rooms. It’s perfect. Also... the staff are really nice.
