Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Queens/Fresh Meadows

Our 1st time staying here with our 2 kids (1 y/o & a 2 y/o) because we just want to have a rest from a 16 hour flight (jet lag is real), we were greeted & taken cared of like a family by James (the receptionist that time) he was so nice, & accommodating. We’ve been in a lot of hotels all over the globe but never have experienced an excellent customer service until we stayed here (James the receptionist made a difference in this hotel). We will always choose excellent customer service above all else. Kudos to James for going above & beyond & to Fairfield Inn by Marriott for hiring great employees! Good staff. Henry at front is excellent. The housekeeping supervisor who helped with the heat in my room 604 was really sweet and smart. Good neighborhood. Clean rooms, can't say that about most hotels in JFK area. Keep the high standards please.

Great hotel. A very nice location. Great customer service, front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Best hotel staff I seen. everyone makes you feel welcome. From the moment you check in to check out. Henry is an amazing front desk. Friendly,Respectful and Very Professional.

I stayed with them for the weekend, and I would love to say they are amazing! I had a very good check-in experience. Staff is great and so helpful. Hotel has valet parking which ensured me that my car would be safe. Everyone treated me respectfully and were so helpful at any aspect. The room service cleaning did an amazing job and they also had a great morning breakfast. Also, they have the best location near shopping plazas and many other amazing things! I recommend everyone to check them out.
