Royal Stay Hotel

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was convenient, but it was the nastiest smelling place I can remember ever sleeping. The stench of cigarette smoke (in my no smoking room) was so strong that I woke up coughing several times in the night from having the pillows and sheets close to my face. YUCK.

Was in need to spend the night after driving for more than 12 hours. Extremely difficult to find parking, no Hotel Loading Zone and the ambiance upon entering is not pleasing to the eye as well as the reception from staff behind desk. The room was comfortable but lacked freshness, no coffee maker for coffee or tea, remote control for TV was broken and a replacement was given it lacked the rear cover for the battery. Telephone was not working and hotel staff could not find telephone jack to connect telephone. Many public bathrooms have a much more pleasing and warm feeling making the person feel right and comfortable while the bathroom was cold and the room heat was insufficient to heat up the bathroom. They had no carts available to carry bags to the room and when one was found in sub-basement which we had to get, it was broken at one end with rails popping out if pulled from that side. I do not recommend this place and if you do so only as a last resort. Many welfare hotels offer many amenities to its clients in comparison to this hotel.

Unfortunately I had to give it a star in order to write a review. I had no other choice but to stay their because there were no vacancies near by. The room was absolutely disgusting, a ring on the tub , the shower curtain was disgusting, the floor had not been vacuumed in a couple of days , the smoke detector was ripped off, the door did not lock properly, the chest and desk top hadn't been cleaned in a while. Overall it was filthy if my girlfriend was with me I would not have stayed there.

Absolutely disgusting. Found period blood and other stains all over the sheets !! The manager gave me tons of attitude after I asked for a refund. Horrible service nasty rooms. It reeks of cigarettes and there’s roaches and spiders. Do not book with this hotel unless you want to stay somewhere dirty

I like it good but i would like one more day for free cuz bin here for 6day an found mouse eat my bags of chip
