Extended Stay America - New York City - LaGuardia Airport

One of the few hotel chains to offer recliner chairs. The staff were all friendly at this branch and rectified any issues we had immediately. Carlos was particularly helpful. Thanks again!

I was very dissatisfied with my stay here. I flew to NY for work and on the website it says shuttle service is provided, which is why I paid the ridiculous rate listed for one night. I thought because it was close to the airport it was bonus and since a shuttle would be provided it didn’t matter if I paid what i paid. I liked the convenience. (Due to the current situation, if there is no shuttle service provided at least stop advertising that there is. That’s false advertising.) Anyway, after a long day of working I arrived at this hotel in the late evening. I thought that they’d have a little shop downstairs where I could purchase a bottled water. I was extremely thirsty and asked the lady in the front if there’s any way I could purchase water. She pointed me in the direction to a vending machine that was practically empty, (with the exception of three energy drinks). I went back and told her that it was empty. She honestly didn’t seem to care and I asked her if there’s any other way I could have access to water. To be honest she was an idiot, did not make much of an effort and they should hire someone better. I have a health condition and needed water for my meds. I could have paid less to stay anywhere else and I’m sure they’d have me covered. This place sucks and the room was awful. I do not recommend.

My stay at this hotel can only be described as wonderful! What's not to love?? Clean spacious rooms, a lovely kitchenette with a two burner stovetop and a full size refrigerator, (I especially like the idea of being able to cook somethiing for myself sometimes' instead of always having to go out to eat or to have food delivered)nOne of the greatest assets of this hotel is the very friendly front desk staff. Carlos is nothing short of awesome! Very professional and always eager to please, Carlos is always ready to greet with a bright, warm, and welcoming smile that makes me feel like I'm family. I had a great time here, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels in the past, and they are all equally excellent. I love the convenience of the kitchenette, and the clean spacious rooms, and the family and pet friendly atmosphere that makes the place feel like an apartment building, rather than a hotel. This particular location is very convenient too, because of it's proximity to the Airport. The front desk staff here are very courteous and friendly. Marilyn is totally awesome; always with a bright smile, she would always go above and beyond whatever I asked for at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again and again, and I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was a bit overpriced but still better than most in the area. The convenience of the kitchenette is a plus. Bed was comfy, room, kitchen area and bathroom were clean. Only annoyance was the cleaning ladies being in the hall and not giving us extra towels when we asked. Had to call the front desk and they were brought up within minutes. The gentleman who checked us in was super nice and waived our parking fee, and the lady, Marylin was super sweet and waived the late checkout fee and when we were leaving. Will definitely consider coming back when we need a break again.
