Best Western Jamaica Inn

The room was readily available at short notice. The room was spotless, and customer service was of a very high standard. I will certainly check in there again and recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Asked to stay couple more hours even told them I'll pay for the full day but everyone was being aggressive and told us no you can't stay you have to go, never going back to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone horrible service. My flight was at 5 and they kicked us out at 1 clock.

The room was nice. The amenities were acceptable. The open parking was okay but the basement parking was horrible, scary, not well-maintained, and extremely dirty.

This was the best experience I've had at a hotel. The room was fantastic, just perfect for us. The staff was wonderful. We were so comfortable there. We will be back.

First off, the ceiling was old and cracked in my room. The curtains were dirty and dated. The shower wall was dirty with set in spots that you can't rub off. The adjustable shower head was not working. And most of all the elevator was not working. If you can't get a parking space, you would have to go down to the basement parking which is a dusty/ storage area. I didn't feel secure down there.nThere are no surveillance cameras.
