Comfort inn

Hardly any parking around this establishment, especially in the winter time when the city has pushed snow into any and every open space they can find. If you get lucky and obtain a parking space I suggest you walk anywhere else you must go because you are not likely to find another one for awhile. Rooms are small but in the city I guess it's to be expected.

This place is declining rapidly. Multiple outlets did not work in my room, my TV stopped working during my stay, I had to change keycards multiple times and the over all place is very untidy. This hotel was a great hotel not sure if covid hurt them or maybe they are under new management. However I will not stay here in the future.

I will never book here again!! There was weed and cigarette smoke everywhere, and the staff seemed so used to it that they barely cared to address the issue. We complained 3 times! Plus the wifi don't work AND we had to ask for towels and wash rags (which are basic bathroom essentials). Hotel is ghetto and ratchet and I'm here in the hotel writing this review at 1:05am, because the smoke is killing me and I can't sleep because of it

Worst experience ever. Refused to give us a two bed when our reservation was messed up on hotel.com. I have a son on a wheelchair and he needed a diaper change.......he refused without us paying $40, then he wanted to charge us $60 to get a double queen . This place made us feel like $hit, and still 3 hours later we are searching for an alternative BEWARE

The rooms are tiny, stains on the towels & sheets, dirty walls, very noisy as you can hear your neighbors heckling all night long... never again
