Bellerose Inn

Although I was told that they was not going to charger my card, they just needed it for verification. That was not the case. I chose to pay cash and on the morning that I was to Check in, they charged my card in two separate payments without my knowledge and permission. When I arrived at the hotel they charged my card again for $268.43. I was charged a total of $536.86. When I confronted the guy at the front desk, he told me that my bank took my money and that I should call them. What an insult to my intelligence. I will not stay here ever again because they left me in a bad situation. I traveled all the way from Massachusetts and was left with no spending money. I had to stay in because of this. My weekend was ruined. I had to wait until Monday morning to wait and see if they credited my money back on my card so that my bank could release the money. I will be going back to Sleep Inn JFK it's pricey but it's worth the money. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was clean and the staff were nice

Absolutely, beautiful hotel! The entire place was very clean, spacious, and the staff and employees were very friendly and hospitable.

Wonderful staff. Very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service. The front desk and housekeeping made every effort to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely come again.

The lady that does breakfast cant stay off her phone talking loudly while you are trying to eat breakfast at 7:30am. Front desk guys are pleasant. Room cleanliness from a scale of 1-10 is a 7. Get hear early for a parking spot. Lastly T.V channels are minimum nothing really for children.
