Nice staff and nice rooms. Jacuzzi room is great.. Only problem ive had and it was a big 1 was when they gave my reserved room away. Its also in a nice nieborhood

Jacuzzi cold water did not work...rooms were clean ..mirrored doors opened to bath

Disappointed. Ruined my night out with my hubby. We wanted a room with a jacuzzi and king size bed at last minute and this hotel was one of the options. We reserved a room and got there in the evening. We checked in and was assigned a room on the 2nd flr and was then told we gotta take the stairs because the elevator wasn't working. The entire hallway to the elevator/stairs stunk of cigarette smoke. Got to the room, it was clean but outdated, everything from wallpaper and artwork to furniture and curtains looked dull and old. When we finally went to use the jacuzzi the jets weren't working. Called the front desk and the guy came and checked it, couldn't get it to work and then offered us another room. But we were already undressed, clothes in the closet drinks in refrigerator already started eating our food, was just too much hassle to move to spend an hr in the jacuzzi. So we declined, disappointed. Then we laid in the bed and it was the noisiest bed on earth. Sounded like we would fall through the frame and flr any minute while waking up the entire surrounding flrs with our tango...so much for getting away from the kids and having a spicy grown up night. Never going there again.

The hotel is dated. The room was big. The closest was the biggest one in any hotel I stayed so far. The pull out bed wasn't good. They need a new one.nThe room I stood in people smoked a lot of marijuana. There was regular smoking too. It came into the room. Had to keep the exhaust on all the time.nGuest was running around without mask. The staff all wore mask.nThere was no utensils or pans. No cooking instruments. Tiny fridge.nBut the staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and polite. Very attentive. Anything I needed and they can provide they did. I would have given more stars but There was foo much things wrong. I understand that they can't control the people there with their smoking. But needed pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils would be nice.

The people that work there are very pleasant. The bed is not very comfortable and I would say the place could be cleaner.
