Employees are awesome but every morning got woken up by noises

Had five pieces of hair in the tub and a spider on the wall by the hair dryer. Front desk called and asked how everything was (at this point all I noticed was the hairs) so told her about the hairs in the tub. Only thing she said was she'd let housekeeping know. No discounts or anything to make our stay more enjoyable and we are DIAMOND. I know of people that are SILVER and have got a free room for the night and get better service than a DIAMOND who has paid the company thousands of dollars (out of my own pocket. My hotel stays are leisure, not business).

While my house was being renovated I needed a place to stay, and being in the middle of a pandemic gives one an uneasy feeling. However, my stay at the Hampton Inn in Hadley was comfortable and safe. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, Cristina Gonzales the assistant general manager was friendly and efficient and was genuinely concerned with my comfort.nThe hotel offered brown bagged breakfasts that included fruit and muffins with a bottle of water. The staff prepared coffee for you. The room was clean, and quiet , the location of the hotel Is close to restaurants, supermarkets and retail stores.nIn these challenges times it’s reassuring to know that the hotel you stay at is doing all they can to keep their guests safe, healthy and comfortable, and Hampton Inn and scores high marks.

I have been at this Inn twice in the past few months (pandemic times). We went a second time because our first time was just that amazing. We felt completely safe from Covid, and they even offer free covid friendly breakfast. The reception desk is open 24 hrs. There is also a pool that guests can schedule a time to use. The place is clean and quiet. Comes with complementary WiFi as well.
