The Cottages at Troutburg

This land was for poor low income children to go to camp and eat and learn, who got the money from selling, dividing, building high end lake cotrages for homes to sell or rent for profit? Do the children get anything or did it get done in a way that seems oddly wrong? So i notice and am looking to see.. strange.. what about the children?

Loved the cottage. So quiet and peaceful. Had time to clear my head and not have any worries.

The HOA fees are crazy. Not worth it with the commute to get into the city for work. Roads are disgusting rough to drive on. Seems like a place for elitist or get away for the rich but not for blue collar type. Once the waterfront properties are sold off the rest of the property isnt worth building on. Homes are squished together and the rules and lack of privacy are insane.

Awesome up and coming living community. Was visiting my mom enjoying beautiful view of lake Ontario from her front porch!

This place is amazing. So Peaceful and the grounds are well kept, plenty of area to walk and explore. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for the family and grand kids. My wife and I will be retiring here.
