Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

Such a pleasure and comfort staying here. From the moment we walked in we felt at ease. The hotel staff were welcoming and so kind. There were clean seal stickers everywhere! After having stayed at another hotel on our way out west and being fully disgusted in their operation this was a warm welcome. The staff assisted in finding great food (Tavern restaurant) and we're helpful with any question we asked. The room was spotless and smelled freshly clean, they take their and your safety into account and it shows. My only complaint is the pillows were too soft for me but I still got a wonderful night's sleep on the comfortable bed. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone. They even had the complimentary coffee, tea, and bagged breakfast ready to go upon check-out.

Stayed here after my wedding and after a good friends wedding. Anytime I'm around the area I'll use this place. Clean updated rooms. Solid price and great staff .

This is my second time staying here and I have nothing but great things to say. This hotel is just amazing and I will definitely be staying here more often. This hotel is super clean and peaceful. The room are spacious clean and comfortable. The staff is just amazing they are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. A big thanks to all the staff for the amazing customer service and especially to Chelsea for going above and beyond. I definitely reccomend this hotel. Great location! Friendly staff, clean and safe environment.

Very upset with this hotel. I reported some damage I discovered in my room during my stay and was apologized to for it. Next thing I know I have a $150 charge to my bank and when I call they said the room was not like that before my stay. After being told the rooms are throughly inspected, I informed her they aren’t too well because peoples leftover shampoo was there from the previous stay. Be careful when you go here and check your room immediately because with how I was just treated I would NEVER go here again and I vacation very often.
