Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The $76 dollar rate booked through the website was great. However when we arrive at 11pm exhausted we were hit with another $30 fee for our dog when this was not mentioned anywhere. Also told it was non refundable. If it wouldn't have been so late we would have gone elsewhere.nn****POSTED AGAIN to add response from owner saying this fee is posted on third party websites. And also that I should be happy because hotels in the area charge more.nI booked DIRECTLY through best Western website. Not once was it asked if I would be traveling with a pet or stating there was a pet fee. Just that best Western is let friendly. If there is please show me where. The point is I paid a certain price and then had to pay an additional $30 without knowing that would be the case.

Not only was the hotel beautiful on the outside, but very well decorated on the inside. The staff was always pleasant and attentive. The room was not only very clean and neat but nicely decorated and comfortable. I found it also to be a very good value.

We rented jacuzzi room. Great experience. Clean, friendly and excellent price. Straight off their site was only 10$ more than the online savings places. Taco bell Wendy's quikfill and a host of other places to eat with in. 5 miles. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

First time and I have to say this place was clean and the service was very good, the pool & Exercise room was open ud83dude01 rooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast was grab & go but in a good way. We went shopping at the Eastview mall , it was just a overnight stay but lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this place ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dup ud83dude01

Jason is the best. Helpful, resourceful, & going above & beyond the call of front desk duties. Very clean common areas & playful atmosphere around the pool. Definitely recommend.
