FairBridge Inn & Suites at West Point

The owner is super nice, and friendly. The rooms are clean, prices are good. I have been staying here waiting for my apartment and I have to say I love it here. its pet friendly as well. The staff treats you like you have been friends for a long time. Anything you need they get it for you and if they don't have it they do whatever it takes to accommodate.. The place was dirty and was quite outdated. Visible dust and cobwebs makes me wonder what other dirt was lurking. The toilet would run all hours of the night.

Booked a room ND was given a different room because we had a dog but they're supposed to be a pet friendly hotel

The lady at the desk lied and said if we told her we didn’t have hot water last night at 11 pm she could have called someone but telling her at 6 am was no good. Really? Lady read your reviews. No HOT water last week. Also YOU were fully aware which rooms have HOT water and which do not. If you are a liar you have to be smart and you certainly are not very smart.

The receptionist said im giving you one of the nice rooms since you are with family and it turned out to be the one with cobwebs. Microwave turning table was broken it wouldn't turn when microwave was on. Bathroom was not clean. Light fixture on ceiling had holes or missing light, made me nervous about cameras in bathroom. Breakfast was ok too. Not fresh.
