Such a hospitable and welcoming place, clean and comfortable. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, breathtaking views and incredible breakfast. We stayed the weekend and would gladly recommend this place to anyone we know. Karen and Don were amazing at making us feel like we were taken care of, enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. The spa treatment, that you can get a discount on by staying at this resort, was second to none. Definitely a must for anyone new to the finger lakes. Breakfast is served every morning with a changing selection every day and is always on point. Would happily come back and stay here again.

This place is amazing. The view from our room (Senaca) was breathtaking. The shower and soak tub were awesome! And the food. I have never had a breakfast from a place that was made with such love and such flavor. This has been the first place that I have not wanted to leave. Totally worth the cost. The location is amazing, the owners are great, the innkeeper was great, and the food was to die for. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing! The rooms and common area were both very clean and welcoming. We were lucky enough to stay in two rooms- The Seneca (most room, amazing soaking tub and the absolute best views) and the Keuka (the best shower and a romantic fireplace). Each room had its own charm and experience. The transition to our second room was flawless and they took care of everything. We enjoyed both playing pool and shuffle board in the common area. The breakfast was amazing!! We appreciated the numerous choices each morning! Great location near a lot of wineries and restaurants. Short walk to Ports Cafe and we wish we ate there twice! Thank you for making our vacation special. We always felt comfortable and safe during our stay which is very important during 2020. Can’t wait to come back during the summer when the pool is open!

After canceling two summer vacations due to COVID this year my boyfriend and I decided to plan a weekend away at the Waters Edge. If you are reading this, just stop looking and book your room! We just got home from our long weekend get away and it well exceeded our expectations. The photos do no justice of the rooms and common area. Karen and Don make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of during the whole stay. They were there at a snap of a finger with anything we needed and answered all questions. Karen even went out of her way to email us a list of must do's during our stay there after letting her know what we were interested in doing. The breakfast we had each morning was well prepared and delicious (after given multiple meal ideas to choose from the night before). We stayed in the Seneca room which had the most beautiful sunrises and lake view I have ever seen, which can also be enjoyed by the fire pit out back on their patio area or even in the common area...or the hot tub that you can enjoy at any time during your stay! She made sure everything was cleaned top notch which gives you ease traveling during a time like this with the Corona Virus taking place. We are already planning on coming back ASAP and bringing family with us! I am telling you, you will not regret this stay! We wished we could have stayed longer. If we could give over 5 stars we would!!!!!! Thank you Karen and Don for an unforgettable time!

Was hesitant on staying at a B&B, however it exceeded our expectations. Clean, updated, owners were very accommodating on our late arrival. The views were amazing while eating a home cooked breakfast with a variety of choices. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
