They have no phone in the room, but everyone has a cellphone these days. They are doing remodeling to upgrade the motel, but the service and staff were very accommodating to my mom who is handicapped. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
The rooms are basically new and all updated..owner/staff are just amazing in every way..they are very helpful, always making sure you have what you need.i definitely highly recommend Granby motel!!! Thank you for being so accommodating while we were their
I didnt stay at the hotel, I was just passing through. However I've lived near by for 20 years and have never heard a bad thing about it! They recently got some new illuminated signs. It's also in a great location on the border of Granby and South Hadley with a pizza place in walking distance!
Very Clean and quiet environment, Staff was very friendly and helpful, Building is expanding with more units to welcome more guests as this place is always packed! Definitly residing here again.
Family old extremely friendly Nice rooms and not expensive
