Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Henrietta

The warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel more than welcome during our stay. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. This property is clearly very well managed to have a team so kind and dedicated. Kudos!!!!

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate for the times. Coffee always available was helpful. Staff very cordial and helpful

I was just their this past Saturday for my great nieces 6th birthday party it was very nice and clean there. And my niece she had a great time. ud83dude04ud83dude0a

Good experience. Didn't end up staying there due to availability issue but I believe (Taylor?) At the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Decent hotel. Good location. The guy at the front desk in the AM was really friendly and laughed at my 5am dad jokes while on a mission for coffee that wasn't decaffeinated.
