Econo Lodge Rochester I-90 & I-390

We have been here for a bit under a year and the staff and our family have become very close. We have always been treated well and like wise we value their family owned business ethics. The front desk staff are a complete gem....Lori and Anita go out of their way to make you feel comfortable...also Christine is always available to cheer you up if you're having a bad day!! I truly have enjoyed the friends we have made here. Thank you.

Staff was excellent. I dont like the fact I have to pay extra to get wheelchair access room .. I cant help I am wheelchair bound. Room updates are nice from multi plug on nigh stand with regular plug plus 2USB. The bath room shower was updated

Price is good an friendly people, but there is no Truck Parking like advertised. Maybe 1 truck if open parking spaces but it’s extremely tight.

This is a very basic motel (eg rooms opening directly to outside), which is fine, but the safety lock was broken, which was not fine and was very worrisome (it is possible they would have switched my room but I was only there for 5 hours). Walls, floor and telephone were visibly dirty (during COVID); exposed wires/hole in ceiling above shower. On the plus side, employee who checked me in was wearing a mask
