I have never stayed in a worse hotel. If you are looking for an actual hotel to stay at in the Rochester area - SKIP OVER THIS GLORIFIED DORM ROOM. Me and my friend stayed here and because we are young the manager (Jessie) spoke down to us and took advantage of us. We were charged $430 without warning + without proof of us ever smoking in that hotel (we never did.) Despite having no proof whatsoever, Patrick - another manager - refused to return our $430 and amend his supervisors mistakes. I had to file a dispute through my credit card company. We also found out after checking in that our floor had coronavirus patients quarantining on it and that somehow was on the bottom of our list of complaints - that’s how horrible this hotel was. Oh, we had to have our key card replaced three times in less than 24 hours. We chose this hotel for its sauna and hot tub - or so we thought, they don’t make it clear online that ONLY the pool is open! Students walking around the hallways at all hours - no masks, no shoes.

I have stayed here more than once and the last time I stayed, I was falsely accused and charged $430 DOLLARS EXTRA for smoking in the room which I would absolutely never do. I was unable to get in touch with a manager and an email was never returned. I understand hospitality is suffering but to WRONGFULLY CHARGE someone a large amount of money to who is working very hard in times like this is horrifying. I would definitely reconsider if you cannot afford a surprising charge like this. Shameful.

This is the most comfy hotel I've stayed in. Beds were super comfortable. Good wifi, nice TV, microwave + fridge & coffee maker in room. Awesome shuttle to hospital and all local doctor offices. All office staff & shuttle drivers are super friendly and helpful. Felt so spoiled there!!

They are not very expensive if you are having any type of procedure at Strong Memorial hospital. They actually offer discounts for their rooms if you are a patient. They have a great restaurant in the hotel and bar. They offer shuttle service to the hospital and back and their location is very close to the hospital and medical plaza. I would highly recommend them if you are having any medical procedures done. Very clean and the staff is very good at accommodating to your needs.
