Days Inn by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester Area

Old mix matched furniture and Dirty holes and cracks in walls. I would never spend 70.00 again no wonder it was non refundable.

The room smells like cigarette. The carpet was smelly. The bathroom tub has mold, and the towels were dirty. The blanket has cigarette burns.

Hotel was below par even for a cheaper hotel. Room very dated and poorly maintained. No door security, locks were broken. Reasonably cheap.

The staff are absolutely great and very helpful. They were understanding and empathetic to our situation and were happy to work with us when needed. The prices are fairly cheap. The rooms are very accommodating to our basic needs. They actually have breakfast at 6am. And a good breakfast at that, with cereal, waffles, bagels, and other similar items. There is a McDonald's across the street and a pizzeria beside the hotel. There is also a number of restaurants nearby and a bar/restaurant attached to the Days Inn. Plus, two gas stations/convenient stores located on the right side of this location, one of which includes a truck stop. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone of my friends or family.

Very disappointed in the stay. Have stayed there few times. This was the worst time. Most outlets didn't work. Had to unplug 1 appliance to use a different one. Rug has not been swept in long time. Hair in bathroom on the floor, toilet seat dangerously loose. Garbage on floor in the corner. Coffee in continental breakfast was cold.
