Fairfield Inn by Marriott Rochester Henrietta/University Area

I have been staying regularly at this Marriott property for the past many weeks. As a Titanium I have stayed at many Marriott properties - however the nature of customer service I have received here has just been wonderful.nnAllison (the General Manager) runs an effective organization. They stay on top of keeping everything organized and sanitized be it the rooms or the pre-packed breakfast.nnThank you Allison and team

I arrived and the staff member behind the desk was very friendly, but unable to answer basic questions about the hotel and about timing. Such as what time is breakfast? Etc. The hotel looked like it wasn't kept up very well, and when I arrived in my room there was visible dirt and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. I then turned down the bed and there was a pubic hair and a lipstick stain on the sheets. I was not comfortable staying there so I left. The staff member behind the desk told me she could not give me a refund and then I would have to call back to receive a refund because she was not authorized to do so when I called back over the weekend there still was not a manager available who could give me a refund until monday. They directed me to a voicemail inbox to leave a message about it but the inbox was full. I really expect a refund for this experience!

Going to this hotel was amazing experience! Everyone who worked there were super helpful and very understand! The rooms were clean and well kept. I will definitely come back here again, when I’m back in Rochester!

Friendly staff. Great bed. Great breakfast buffet

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent wifi service.
