I booked 2 nights in this hotel last winter and stayed only 1 night. Of course I didn’t get the refund. Why did I stay one night? Because I couldn’t tolerate one more. Number one this motel, not hotel. So you exit your room straight to the street. Too much notice from neighbors, housekeeping and street itself. The room is cold. The heater works fine, but there is the hole between the entrance door and the street, so you can feel the cold from outside. Will never stay there again!

I experienced multiple issues during my 5 day stay and gave the supervisor at the Red Roof Inn many chances to fix this but they ignored me. I called the front desk numerous times (screenshot attached) about these issues.nn1) The microwave was dirty, unsanitary, and unusable. I paid for a room with a microwave and was not able to use it. (see picture).nn2) The fridge stopped working shortly after checking in. When I checked in, the fridge was cool. On Tuesday morning, I opened the fridge and it was warm. I purchased perishable groceries for my 5 day stay and it all went bad. I called the front desk and no one cared or even offered to replace it. It is now Thursday evening and I still don’t have a replacement. I gave a number for the supervisor to call and they did not call. The next day I called and was told the supervisor was above the office yet still could not assist with this issue. Today I called and same thing. I paid for a room with a fridge and was not able to use it and also paid for groceries that went to waste because of the fridge.nn3) The room says 100% smoke-free, yet reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room and that room smelled even worse. I suffer from asthma and the secondhand smoke was a bad trigger for me during my stay. My chest is extremely tight and hurts to breathe. Not even the air freshener could mask the smell. As a result, I will have to get a breathing treatment done to help clear my lungs.nn4) There was water leaking under the sink and caused me to slip (see picture)nn5) Walls had bodily fluids and stains on it (see picture)nn6) Bedding had hair and makeup in it (see picture)nn7) Towels were not clean (see picture)nn8) sink was dirty, had some kind of sludge on itnn9) the toilet paper was dirty. This is not the first few pieces of paper this was a stain that was all the way in the middle of the toilet paper. I’m guessing something leaked into itnnAgain I called at least three times during my stay and not once did this supervisor call back to rectify these issues. I had a horrible stay and an extremely disappointed. I am planning on checking out at 5AM tomorrow instead of 11 because I cannot take it here anymore. I know the red roof supervisor here didn’t care, but I hope someone else at red roof will care

Found tics in our beds and had to swap rooms. They were quick with another room but did not compensate in any other way and the manager was not available. After being promised the manager would call back to discuss discount, no such call was made. Very bad experience and bad customer service.

the staff was extremely rude and condescending. I checked in and needed late check out it was $50 extra which was fine but starting at 10am they came by every 45 mins to clean the room the housekeeping staff didn't speak English and just kept harassing me. I went out of the room 1 ½ hrs before my late check out time and my key card was deactivated so I had to go back to the office where they were rude again I wish I could give them 0 stars

Could have been a lot better.nWalls need painting.nTV hard to work and there was no remote until I asked for it. They gave me another room when I complained.nProbably will not stay there again.
