Super 8 by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester Area

Hello I stayed there for two days to have peace from my self. The room was really warm and nice and cozy. The showers are great want hot and streamy. But the cleaning could be better lol

They are trouble makers and the manager lacks ethics this reflects in the other staff as well. The manager found a scratch on my door and his deduction was that it had to be me since it was on the outside of the door lol they harass me constantly I never bother anyone tho so what's the problem? I don't know I don't actually care as long as you leave me alone! But no they need a lot of attention very strange people here in the upstate area. I don't recommend you come here unless you like drama. I personally don't have time to be bothered with these losers and this roach motel full of dusty unclean rooms and bed bugs.nnYours truly Leon Myers

Whole place wreaked of pot. Smoke alarm was removed from non smoking room. Unsavory conditions. Noisy at night with kids running around. Not recommended for families

me and my partner came to this hotel to stay for 1 night & stayed for two hours only to realize we were being bitten by bed bugs we have video of the bugs in the bed & bite marks on our body.we will be waiting on the manager to contact us for a full refund or we will be filing a lawsuit! sincerely calvin M.
