Twin Cedars of Avon

I have lived in this community for 7 years. The homes and yards are kept up nicely, not what some people would view a manufactured home park to look like. New home are being added. We are pet friendly, we are allowed to have service dogs or other indoor pets.The office staff are friendly and always ready to help. The Maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and very capable of fixing all your needs. I think this is the perfect place to call home.

Twin Cedars of Avon is a trailer park that’s currently undergoing some major renovations. Currently it’s definitely a work in progress. It’s a few miles down the road from the DEC park people keep mentioning. Things to appreciate include lots of people watching, great acoustics, not too much lawn to upkeep. Down the road at the DEC there’s some pretty scenery and the wildlife that’s been mentioned.

I love the way that they are installing the new homes using cement slabs, they are so much more efficient for the property. Getting rid of the older homes, make the community look so much better. Maintenance of the roads in the winter is so appreciated by all in the community.nLook forward to the new dog park and community center. I am hoping that when the Covid- 19 is behind us we are able to go to the office again and have contact with the administration of our property.nThank You.

I've been here 10+ years, and I love my little home and neighborhood. There absolutely have been improvements happening in the short time Twin Cedars has taken over our community. Multiple new homes have replaced old unsafe ones, making the older established streets take on new life. Anyone looking to downsize, this is a great fit here! We especially love our little Ashmoor Drive neighborhood ❤ufe0f. Unlike apartment living, we own our home and can do improvements to up the value if we decide to move someday (but I don't expect that to happen anytime soon).

We just moved here and really enjoy the area. The staff in the office are great people and make sure that we are happy and comfortable with our neighborhood. Whenever we have had any questions, they have been right there to answer our questions. This is a great place to live!
