I love bikes and yet I have never felt very comfortable going into bike stores. Matt made me feel like I was at home and provided the best service I've received in a long time. I am always on the hunt for stores that provide an obviously good value and are trustworthy and that is definitely the case here!
I went there to ask the gentleman for help with my brakes and he looked at my bike like it was so inferior. Just his attitude and him telling me to look at a YouTube video instead of offering his expertise really soured me. I would not suggest people that are kind and loving to go to this place because the guy is a real jerk
I love this place! The owner is super welcoming and the bike shop is very authentic...come here for good quality bike repairs and friendly service!

Matt is great. I was searching everywhere for a very specific bike accessory that no other shop carried or could order. He was able to order the accessory and have it within a week. Due to my own fault, the part did not work as I thought it would and when I went back to Peak Performance Matt for assistance not only did he exchange it for the correct part, he stopped what he was doing to help me out with another issue on my bike. I definitely recommend Peak Performance and it will be my go-to place for any future bike related needs.
