Mountain Treasure

I loved my stay at Mountain Treasure Inn. Friendly people, excellent service, budget prices, and perfect for a skier - equidistant from Windham and Hunter Mountains!nnThe Inn was very clean and pandemic precautions were stringently followed, although not in a way to inconvenience guests. I felt safe and well cared-for. The food was awesome! A generous, delicious breakfast starting with fresh fruit including raspberries, blackberries, melon and other winter rarities. My eggs were done perfectly.nnThis lovely little spot is a bit out of the way, definitely a country location. I'm sure it's gorgeous in the summer and fall, but I had the advantage of seeing it the morning after a 2-foot snowfall! Glorious! It's only a few minutes to the towns of Windham and Hunter, with plenty of restaurant choices. A great choice, very reasonably priced.

Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. Agnes was so accommodating to our busy schedule. Super easy to get to the mountain as well. Highly recommend!

Nice , clean and quiet place and that was what we were looking for. Kind Owners. Great Breakfast. My favorite was Gluten free Belgian Waffles with fruits . Place is located very close to ski area which was great for us . We had a lovely time. Thank you We will be back soon..

We stayed for four nights to ski in the area and had a fantastic stay! The location is convenient to Wyndam and Hunter Mountain, and there are some decent restaurants nearby for dinner (Prime Steakhouse in Wyndam is the best, if you like meat). The owner Agnes is a great resource for information as well as a fellow skier, so she is a wealth of information regarding the local ski scene. She cooked satisfying breakfasts that jump started our day. The rooms are comfortable and super quiet due to the incredible sound proofing that was done when Agnes and her husband renovated the inn. This really helped us sleep at night and got us refreshed for the day's skiing. We hope to return later this winter for more skiing.

We loved our stay at Mountain Treasure! It's in a quiet area surrounded by the beautiful Catskill mountains. The rooms are meticulously clean and comfortable. The owner makes a wonderful breakfast, is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We look forward to staying there again!
