I loved this place. The owner is so sweet. She is on the quieter side but is very accommodating. The property is pretty and at a good location. Less than a mile to the Windham path and only about 20 mins or less to many different things to do in the Catskills. The beds were so relaxing. Loved the bedding that was on the bed, you can seriously just melt into it. We had a TV in our room and a private bathroom. The property, house, and room were all nicely clean. There's a nice area in the back of the house to eat breakfast with a view.nThe breakfast....oh my goodness!!!! I have never been to a B&B that had such a delicious and big spread. She gets up and starts breakfast at 6 AM from scratch. She made these apple pancakes and Apple syrup that are amazing amongst many other items. She made turkey bacon, zucchini pancakes, watermelon, fresh squeezed juice, etc.nThe breakfast alone makes the price well worth it! Definitely hope to get back there before too long.nHighly recommend.

Amazing place! Very neat and tidy property. Rooms are cozy and home-like. The owners are very assistive and generous. Complimentary breakfast is unbelievably delicious!nVery safe and picturesque area. Great place to rest. I strongly recommend for romantic or family vacation. Old School B&B. If you don't have any qualms about a shared bathroom this is a good place to stay. Nice owners who made a great home made breakfast. Beautiful place.
