Red Ranch inn

We've stayed here a couple times and really liked it. We love these old-school motels because they are so laid-back. This groovy little motel still has vintage originals like pink and blue 1950s or 60s tile bathrooms, and wood paneling or faux stone walls. It's a great break from the city. The folks in the front office are very nice, too, and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Don’t waste your money. Room was not clean and it was musty as hell. The beds have been there since the place originally opened. Heat was not working but at least they had a space heater. Only redeeming quality is Rip VanWinkle brewery is next door.

Great place if you book through Airbnb - they give you a homestay instead of just motel rooms. We were 5 people, and the place seemed enough for 8. The living area was spacious, with lean back couches and a smart TV. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were well-appointed.

I must say my stay, I'm here till Saturday, has been very pleasant. What a well needed quiet and actually very comfortable accommodations. Nice older but extremely clean and well taken care of. A nice place to rest, relax and enjoy the peacefulness. I'm glad I stopped here for a few days. Kudos to the owners.nKris
