Super 8 by Wyndham Kenmore/Buffalo/Niagara Falls Area

I just have to say Elaine at the front desk is amazing she really has the hospitality for this job and deserves a raise. She went above and beyond for us and was really friendly. First let me say this is a basic no frills hotel. It is a place to stay and a bed to sleep in that is decent. Pros the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. There is still grab-n-go breakfast which is better then nothing.nCons- The entire building smells like smoke this for me and my kids threw us into a coughing fit as we can't handle much smoke. And the TV had very few channels or every other channel required a code.nOtherwise it was a good place to rest!

I was charged a $100 smoking fee after my stay here. They gave no proof, had no pictures or anything. It's basically my word against theirs. I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. The room was filthy, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat when we arrived, no trash bags in the cans, the carpet was filthy. The manager Jennifer then proceeded to hang up on me without fixing the problem. Don't get scammed out of a hundred bucks like we did.

Clean , nice staff and offered a good breakfast. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the motel is located next to train tracks

Friendly place. Rooms are good for the price you pay. Can't complain I would return again.

Wherever I go visit , I used to stayed at Super 8 . Because I love their services . They are very nice and the room is totally clean and the front sack lady or men are very hospitalized......I love Super8 . Thank you Super 8 employees
