Well it started when we call they said 65 dollars then we get here and ends up being almost 90 then we get in the room pull the blankets down there's hair on the bed druel on the sheets and pillows and popcorn under the stand then we call to tell him and he tells my wife we clean the room everyday which is a lie because there's dust popcorn under stand hair and duel on the sheets under the blanket and then he tells her to come to the office and ill give you new sheets instead of bringing the sheets and offering to make the beds this slumtel is a joke

I was there on saturdy January the 9th to January 11th I called ahead of time to tell them I would be there at 12 on saturdy they gave me Room 110 which is fine when I went to the Room it was not clean so I went back to the office and they gave me Room 106 I was very disappointed because they were not prepared and I called ahead of time I want to watch the bills game and that's why was arriving by noon When going into room 106 had problems with the TV issues getting it to work maintenance came in fixed a problem also one of my complaints is that the fridge was dirty it was leaking and my food and beverages were getting frozen The bath tub was very dirty it was not clean My biggest problem I had was my key card did not work on multiple occasions I had to go to the front office to get it fixed I did not care for this this Room was terrible I feel like with being a regular customer next time I stay there I should receive a discount

Its extremely dirty overpriced and I got the wrong room
