Extended Stay America - Fishkill - Westage Center

Transferred my room three times due to beds not being made up and ac unit problems. Kitchen is very worn, drapery rod falling off the wall, hot water took forever in the shower. Sad, because I never write a bad review.

We stayed at the Extended Stay -Fishkill - Westgate Center. For one Month .The hotel was well maintained and pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. One young woman who particularly impressed us was Amanda Vazquez. She was outstanding! Very professional, polite, caring and helpful! She conducted herself as a true classy, professional. We would highly recommend this property.

Bathroom was in need of a good clean. Had to get the front desk guy to close both windows in room. They were really unusual, and he wasn't sure but finally managed...kitchen had no supplies. I know the China flu is around but really?? At least the mattress was comfortable.

This was my first visit to ESA. It can be considered a no frills hotel. We were in Room 329 and 1 of the 2 beds were not anchored to the wall. If you sat at the end of the bed it would raised up with you. The TV wouldn't come on with the remote, we had to turn it on from the back of the TV. And one of the two beds looked like the sheets were not changed from the previous stay. There was hair & lint & dirt still on the sheets, since we were only staying 1 night, we didn't bother calling the front desk, we both slept in one bed.

Excellent service and stay. No problems, answer to every call to the front of any issue. Amazing hotel
