Quality Inn & Suites Fishkill South Near I-84

The service was good. Left room around noon time and when I got back the room wasn't cleaned or serviced. ud83dude14. Staff at the service desk nice and friendly.

Great quality hotel with amazing staff! I spent a weekend here and it was not only affordable but super clean and comfortable. The rooms were labeled as disinfected when we arrived - which helped ease our minds about traveling during the pandemic. The room was spotless, and the staff was so helpful. About a week after we had left I realized I left some clothes hanging in the closet (I can be forgetful) and the staff knew exactly what I had left behind as they saved it in their lost and found. They shipped it to me right away and I received my clothes within about two days. Next time I stay in Beacon I’ll be staying at the Quality Inn again!

Very clean rooms, and decent for the price. I have stayed previously and MIGHT choose Quality Inn at a different location in the future. One of the Front desk women is so rude. I was overcharged and took hours to rectify the mistake, its much more of a headache when customer service lacks customer service skills like not showing that you could care less about an issue with someone elses money. The Housekeeping didnt knock on my door for days and one day I wasnt there and they went in after I was yold specifically I had to request service. I also didnt like that. AND for one whole night there was no hot water for my room. I dont know what else to say...

Very clean hotel. The front desk people where nice. Would stay again.
