Stayed here many times. The last time we just came for the day and had lunch on the patio when it was still warm out. Delicious new menu at the Coolidge Park Cafe and excellent service. Also, their bartender is a legitimate genius.

Terrific hotel in a perfect area. I love downtown Northampton and the Hotel Northampton is right in the thick of it. As soon as you exit the hotel you are within steps of terrific restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, performance venues, etc. You're also a short drive from some great attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory.nnAs for the hotel itself, it's a cozy place with terrific service. Everyone is super friendly, and you can tell the management is taking pandemic precautions with the utmost seriousness. I truly had a wonderful time staying here and look forward to another trip!

Lovely hotel with a historic charm. It's within walking distance of everything, and very close to the scenic Norwottuck bike trail, which goes over the Connecticut River. They also have bike lockers if you want to bring your own bikes and don't trust your car's bike rack overnight.nnOur room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed outfitted with plenty of pillows and blankets. (Seems strange to call that out, but lately there seems to be a trend at other hotels wherein they give you exactly two pillows.)nnThe staff is very friendly and helpful. (Shout-out to Emily who gave our car a jump using her personal vehicle!)nnOverall a great experience. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is fabulous! It was the place of many wonderful memories for me. This hotel is wonderful and a beautiful place to stay. Staff is helpful and kind. I spent my wedding night and a few anniversaries here as well. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Northampton. Fantastic customer service. Clean comfortable and affordable. We'll definitely be back.
