Cortland Motel

Cortland motel was really cute, no frills motel. Clean, friendly staff and close to great nature trails and sites. Great alternative for those looking to stay anywhere other than Ithaca.

Safe, cheap, quiet and clean! What more could you ask for?

The inn keepers are friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, was in need of repairs or replacement. Water flow was slow, the sink was cracked from one side to the other, the faucet leaked getting my bathroom supplies wet. The shower was antiquated and the shower head and water flow was inadequate. While the bathroom was our only complaint, but it was clean.

Great motel. Very clean, quiet and reasonably priced! Looking forward to coming back here again!

I had a left a five star review and removed it today. After an issue during the night, we reported it to the owners. They came in our room to pretty much say we didn't know what we were talking about and that we were lying to them. We have stayed many times prior with no problems and we always were happy. Due to how we were treated, and never once offered a different room or refund, I'm strongly considering a call to the health department with photographic, and video evidence. After the great relationship we had withe owners we never expected to be treated that way. Very disappointed. We will never be back due to this reason
