Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cortland

I LOVE this hotel! The staff is amazing and super nice! Hotel was clean and had hand sanitizers everywhere! The staff definitely made our stay a joyful and fun one. We are actually coming back in a weeks time and we cant wait! I wish I got the name of the guy who checked us in. Great guy! Definitely amazing service! Highly recommend.

I was amazed that so many kids running around the hallway where we were in / adults in our faces as we are going and coming out of the elevator with out masks !!! My family and I were very uncomfortable especially a lady wanted to go in the elevator where there’s 3 of us already and she has no mask on so I asked her to wait for the next one!! The staff were accommodating to my sons allergy but if we knew the management allow this no mask going on , I would not have booked our stay here.. I think that is not fair to others and compromising our health while staying in this property.

We will definitely be back! Newly renovated, very clean, friendly staff, and located just outside the SUNY Cortland property. This will now be the only place we stay when visiting our daughter on campus. Five stars and wonderful!
