Quality Inn University Area

Loved the room.... Nothing tacky... very tasteful...aesthetically pleasing… clean... and a most comfortable bed... all at an affordable rate...Plus the night and morning staff were very accommodating... Right off of Route 81, this is going to be my new go to when I'm on the road... Highly recommend...

My car broke down 2 days ago 5 hours away from.my home. The office lady was so kind to me, excellent customer service from Bobby!!! She gave me a place to stay and made sure I was safe in a strange city.

Clean, affordable rooms. We were surprised the complimentary breakfast included fresh waffles (make your own). Just off the exit from 81 so it was a good location as well.

My whole family LOVES this place! So many extra free services and the employees were all so helpful and sweet! My kids all STILL ask when can we go back again! Will definitely be our 1st choice when staying In Cortland again!

Bedbugs. Lifted the mattress to find them crawling all over. NEVER AGAIN! Front desk person did not want to see my video and asked if they were fleas. Why? Do you have those as well? Totally disgusting. Smelly, moldy room. We left immediately.
